This new build project on a sloping site allowed our clients to create three functional levels in their architect design. Multiple bedrooms, open living, kitchen and dining area are supplemented with a media room, home gym, study and ensuites.

This substantial beach side home was a knock down and new build. We provided end to end management of the site demolition, clearing and levelling, structural engineer and site surveyor through to final landscaping and styling finishes.
